My mouth was in so much pain, I could not sleep.  I bit on a wad of gauze the whole night to prevent myself from biting my cheek, which is swollen to epic nasty proportions.  I'm off to the doctor's this afternoon.  My health has been very poor this year...

That's okay. I have an e.coli caused urinary tract infection having a party all up in my uterus right now.
